Yes. Every plan includes a cloud-based accounting plan — we include Pandle — matched to what your business needs. Prefer your own software? We work within it instead.

How much does an accountant cost at TVNDEM?

Plans are fixed monthly: Starter £139 and Growth £249 per month plus VAT, each with cloud accounting included. For complex or overdue books we offer a bespoke plan, priced after a short consultation. Add-ons cover payroll, VAT returns and extra self-assessments.

What happens to my price in future years?

Your monthly price stays as it is unless we change our published pricing, which we review once a year with at least 30 days' notice by email. No annual contracts or renewal fees.

Do you serve businesses outside Margate?

Yes. TVNDEM is based in Margate, Kent, and serves businesses across the whole of the UK online.

How do payments and cancellation work?

Plans are monthly rolling with no exit fees. We confirm your total and payment method with you when you start; you can cancel any time and your plan runs to the end of the paid period.
