Every plan includes a cloud-based accounting plan — we include Pandle, a modern cloud accounting platform — matched to what your business needs. Prefer to keep your own software? We're happy to work within it instead. Already settled in QuickBooks, FreeAgent, Sage or another package? We're happy to work within the software you already use instead.

Nothing silently. Your monthly price stays as it is unless we change our published pricing, which we review once a year. If your price will change, we email you at least 30 days beforehand, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

Yes — with one fair rule. Your plan covers the months you're with us, so if you join with part of your accounting year already gone, we ask for a one-off catch-up fee for those months at your plan's monthly rate, confirmed before you pay anything. Then that year's accounts and tax return are fully included, as long as you're still subscribed when they're filed.

Payroll is an add-on on every plan at £35/mo +VAT per employee, so businesses without staff don't subsidise those with a team.

Plans are monthly rolling with no exit fees. We agree your total and payment method with you when you start — nothing is charged before that. Cancel any time and your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for.

TVNDEM is always your single point of contact and remains fully responsible for everything. Some bookkeeping and preparation may be carried out by carefully selected providers under our supervision and confidentiality agreements; every filing is made in the UK by UK-supervised agents.
